Chemical treatment will be provided in the soil within the plinth area at the points where the termites are likely to seek entry through the floor. They are cracks at the juncture of the floor and walls as a result of the shrinkage of concrete. Holes will be drilled along the floor at regular intervals. We will then pump the powerful termiticide using hand-operated pressure sprayers to soak the soil below. These holes will then be sealed by us. In general, the soil below will become chemically impregnated with the termiticide so that termites in the soil are denied access through these openings.
